  This is a very significant step in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. The desire of our catechumens and candidates to continue in the RCIA process is affirmed by their sponsors and they are ‘sent’ to celebrate the Rite of Election catechumens) and the Call to Continuing Conversion (candidates).
